The Lexus Champions for Charity National Championship is a 54-hole event, 3 days of play, 18 holes per day using Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course, and The Links at Spanish Bay. The Hospitality Package includes meals for each participant, as well as carts, and green fees during the tournament.

l. The purchase price for one (l) ticket is Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($50.00). If an entrant's
check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket
shall be invalid. Only one (l) entrant may be named per raffle ticket.
2. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate in this raffle.
3. Odds of winning depend solely on the number of raffle tickets sold.
4. The value of the golf package is approximately Six Thousand and 00/100 Dollars
($6,000.00) and includes green fees and carts for one (l) round of golf for two (2) people
on each of the following golf courses - Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf
Course and The Links at Spanish Bay - as participants in the 2009 Lexus Champions For
Charity National Championship on December 9th through December 13th,2009. The
value also includes a four (4) night stay for two (2) at The Inn at Spanish Bay and two (2)

5. The winner shall be determined by a random drawing to take place on Monday,
September 28,2009 at the conclusion of the Turning Pointe Golf Outing to be held at
Naperbrook Golf Club.
6. Winner need not be present and will be notified by telephone and certified mail no later
than October 12,2009. Winner shall confirm participation in the Lexus Champions for
Charity National Championship no later than October 26,2009. In the event the winner
does not confirm participation in the Lexus Champions for Charity National
Championship by said date, winner shall forfeit the prize.
