Letters of recommendation and/or service hours will be recorded and supplied.


Staff Support

Work directly with TP staff. Help with organizing and data collection as they support a student. Help clean the TP classroom, keep materials organized and help with the daily set up and clean up of materials, lunches and snacks.

8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Any Monday through Thursday.

Please note any persons working directly with students will need Program Director approval and fingerprinting.

Material Development

Develop materials as directed by staff could include, copying, printing, cutting, laminating and/or gluing. Researching events, local activities and or curriculum related information on the web

8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

Swim and Community Outing Support

Help support staff on community outings or in the pool on swim days. Could include swimming supporting students in changing rooms. Finding out information and preparation in the community including scouting out local resources, connecting with community leaders, making calls, arranging field trips etc.

12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Tuesday or Thursday.

Event and After-school Hours Clubs

Help at fundraising events as directed. Support staff during after school clubs and extra curricular activity events including organizing, setting up, cleaning up making materials etc.

Three hour blocks, as needed

Site Maintenance and Grounds Support

Help maintain the gardens and building. Clean and paint as necessary. Plant flowers, tidy gardens help with garden design and development
